![]() "Interventions are the most rewarding work I do. Bringing a family back together in the midst of tragedy and heartbreak, and witnessing the miracle of recovery for the entire family unit is powerfully gratifying. The idea that someone should hit his or her own bottom is a death sentence in many cases. To intervene in a loved one's disease process before the end stage is a great act of love and courage. I feel privilidged to be trusted with the responsibility to come into people's lives and offer an option to the powerlessness of their current experience of addiction." |
